How We Use It
We use it to price your trade-in, visit at the time you picked, call you about your visit and do any work you agree to. We don't sell your information.
Photos
Your phone shrinks each photo before sending it, which removes location and other hidden photo data. We send your photos to Anthropic, an AI company, so its AI can read the water heater's details and fill in the form. Your name, phone and address aren't sent with them. Otherwise, only our team can see your photos.
Advertising
This page may use the Meta Pixel to tell us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a form being sent. We don't send your name, phone, address or photos through it.
How Long We Keep It
We remove form details and photos from this site after about 13 months. If you become a customer, we keep job records as needed to run our business.
